The existing hydraulic station system on the market uses ordinary asynchronous motor as the power of quantitative pump or variable pump. In the case of a certain load, in the quantitative pump hydraulic system, because the output flow of the pump is a certain value, but the load has speed and pressure requirements, so a part of the flow needs to flow back from the overflow valve to the oil tank, and the pump is always full power output, so that the hydraulic station has been in the discharge Electrical state.

With the strengthening of global environmental protection mechanism and the rapid penetration of electrical automation to processing factories, the requirements for machines are higher and higher. Energy saving products are bound to develop rapidly, so the trend of energy saving and automation is more and more directly affecting the quality and efficiency of production.

The new generation of small energy-saving hydraulic station independently developed and produced by our company can monitor the pressure value in the plunger pump in real time through a high-sensitivity sensor. When the control valve is closed, the pressure in the plunger pump is greater than the set pressure of the controller, and the controller sends instructions to make the SR motor run at low speed to achieve the purpose of power saving. Under the condition of voltage maintaining, by reducing the speed of the motor, the power consumption and fuel consumption can be reduced, and the power consumption can be saved by about 70%. Through the monitoring of pressure, supply the necessary flow with the working load state. The small and light structure design saves space and resources. Compared with the hydraulic station with the same efficiency, only 30% of the oil storage is needed, two thirds of the oil is saved, and more than 60% of the space is saved.
